1. Stop Instagram data processing

To stop Instagram data processing in LBP, use either method below:

  1. In LBP dashboard, open Instagram settings and run Disconnect.
  2. In Meta account settings, remove this app's authorization for your Instagram account.

2. Request deletion of account/support data

To request deletion of account/support data retained by LBP, submit a request via /contact. Signed-in users can also use the dashboard support center.

3. Processing timeline and retention

Default retention policy: restore window up to 30 days, page/body deletion after 90 days, billing/payment evidence retention for 10 years, and operational audit logs up to 180 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

LBPでのInstagram連携データ処理を停止するには、次のいずれかを実施してください。
