Local Business Profile Data Deletion Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy defines retention and deletion handling for data processed in Local Business Profile.

Article 2 (Data Scope)

  • Account and business information
  • User content (profile/landing/case/news and uploaded assets)
  • AI inputs/outputs and AI Reception conversation logs
  • Flyer generation files
  • Access, operation, and audit logs
  • Instagram integration data
  • Support and inquiry records
  • Billing and payment records

Article 3 (Retention Windows)

Standard retention windows are as follows, subject to lawful extension where required:

  • Restore window: up to 30 days after cancellation
  • Page/body data deletion: after 90 days
  • Billing/payment evidence: 10 years
  • Operational audit logs: 180 days

Article 4 (Deletion Requests)

Deletion requests are processed after identity verification. We target processing within 30 days from receipt; actual timing may vary based on legal retention duties, dispute handling, and security investigations.

Article 5 (Stopping Instagram Data Processing)

Instagram processing can be stopped by either disconnecting in dashboard settings or revoking app authorization in Meta account settings. Deletion of previously imported data requires a separate deletion request.

Article 6 (Legal Hold)

We may retain all or part of requested data where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security operation.

Article 7 (Deletion Methods)

We apply logical deletion and physical deletion as appropriate. Backup data is deleted progressively based on backup rotation schedules.

Article 8 (AI Data Handling)

AI input/output data is not used for model training or retraining and is retained and deleted under this policy.

Article 9 (Anonymized and Statistical Data)

We may retain and use anonymized statistical information that cannot be used to identify specific individuals.

Article 10 (Policy Updates)

We may update this policy due to legal, operational, or technical changes. Material updates will be announced through the Service or website.
