1. Data we process

We process account information, business profile content, connected service metadata (including Instagram metadata if connected), billing/payment records, and support or contact inquiries to provide, secure, and improve Local Business Profile (LBP).

2. Purpose of use

Main purposes include identity verification, billing and fraud prevention, delivery of product notifications, support response, feature operations (including publishing pages), legal compliance, and internal analytics for quality improvement.

3. Third-party processors

We may use cloud infrastructure, database, email delivery, payment, translation, and security providers. We do not sell personal data. Data shared with processors is limited to what is necessary for service operation.

4. Retention and deletion

Default retention policy: restoration window up to 30 days, page/body deletion after 90 days, billing/payment evidence retention for 10 years, and operational audit logs up to 180 days, unless longer retention is required by law or legitimate dispute/fraud handling.

5. Your requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion via /contact. Signed-in users can also use the dashboard support center.

6. Contract entity

Service operator (current): ILB Co., Ltd. A separate US legal entity may be introduced for global operations in a future update; if changed, we will update this policy with prior notice.
